This is a FREE event to participate in and to attend! We look forward to seeing you all in your Halloween best on Sunday, October 20, from 4:00-6:00pm in the parking lot of Hilda Walker Intermediate School.
Time to share your Halloween spirit! We need YOU to participate by reserving your spot and decorating your trunk, tailgate, table, tent, truck, car, etc. Each reserved spot will be responsible for passing out treats to the trick-or-treaters. The treats must be pre-packaged candy or non-edible treats, NO homemade treats!. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 decorated trunks Registration deadline is October 13. 20 car minimum to host the event.
Trick-or Treat sling bags are back for $5 each. They are available for pre-purchase or day of event, pending availability. And don't forget 50/50 split the pot and a few raffle baskets.
Volunteers needed! We will need help with the day of tasks such as collecting votes, passing out extra candy, game section, line movement etc. Service hours will be provided, if needed.
If you plan to attend our event we ask that you RSVP. This is solely for planning purposes and will help us better prepare with an estimated number of trick-or-treaters. No check in will be required at the event.
