Related Service Logs

The district maintains records that document the delivery of related services administered under the child's individualized education program (IEP) and the minutes of each type of related service that has been administered.

 

Parents and guardians can request copies of their child's related service logs. Please direct any request for a copy of your child's related service logs to your child's case manager and related service provider.
