Fri. - DOL, Spelling, and Reading Voc/Comp Test
Spelling - Our spelling words this week are smooth, roots, food, scooter, boot, broom, moon, cartoon, roof, spoon, springtime, ostrich, answer, paper, and page.
Reading - We will be reading "The Secret Lives of Trees". Our vocabulary words are discover, energy, forcast, shed, and source. We will be working on collecting facts from a non-fiction story.
Math - We will be finishing chapter 8 and testing on it in the middle of the week.
Science - Beginning Unit B "Homes for Living Things.
Social Studies - Continuing Chapter 3. Learning about taxes, factories, transportation, producers, consumers, and income.
Language Arts - Working with nouns, pronouns, and verbs. Sentence stucture - subject/Predicate
