Mrs. Boudreau - Gr. 2 (Send e-mail)
WELCOME TO SECOND GRADE!!!
Mrs. Tara Boudreau 815-469-6993 tboudreau@summithill.org
Homework: Homework will be sent home Monday through Friday and can be found in the Take Home Folder. Students will print HW on any homework. It is due the following day. Check your child’s homework for accuracy and have him or her correct any errors before turning it in. If you have any questions or concerns, write me a note. I will review the concept with your child or contact you. All homework is given as a reinforcement of skills learned during the week, so it is important that it is done correctly. Homework will be part of your child’s effort grade.
Library Card: The first week of school each child should bring a Frankfort Library card. Students will be checking out books from the Bookmobile.
Take Home Folders: Your child’s Take Home Folder will contain daily handouts, some seatwork, and homework. Please see that this folder is emptied and sent back to school daily.
Assignment Notebook: Every night your child will bring home an assignment notebook. They will record homework and important upcoming events in this notebook. Please read and sign your child’s assignment notebook every night. Feel free to write any questions or comments, you might have for me in the assignment notebook.
Water Bottles: If your child wishes, s/he may bring a water bottle (with a lid that seals tightly) to school. Students will be permitted to get a drink out of their water bottles during our restroom break.
Here's to a wonderful year!
Sincerely, Mrs. Tara Boudreau | |
