Welcome to Ms. Capretz's webpage. I teach Physical Education and Health classes. I also coach 7th grade boys volleyball. This webpage will include all the information that is needed to be successful in my classes. If at any time you have questions or concerns feel free to email or call me. Description of Health Education
Students at Summit Hill Junior High have the opportunity to study the social, physical, and mental/emotional aspects of good health and wellness through solid classroom instruction, group activities and in-class portfolio building. Our two stage curriculum is designed so that health units are not repeated by the students from year to year.

Description of Physical Education
Students at Summit Hill Junior High have the opportunity to participate in many individual and team sports, along with fitness and teambuilding initiatives.
PE units include
Flag football, Fitness Testing, Fitness Room, Soccer, Teambuilding, Volleyball, Basketball, Bowling, Dance, Ultimate Frisbee, Softball, Aerobics, Floor Hockey, Handball, Badminton, and Track and Field.

P.E.- Continue Rotation Pickleball, hockey, and fitness room.
Question of the Week- List 3 fitness goals for yourself this quarter and explain how you will meet them.

Health- Read, discuss, and take notes Chapter 19 Lesson 5.
PE- Continue Rotation Fitness room, Hockey, Pickleball
Thursday 11/13
Health- Complete Enrichment #77 and Read, discuss, and take notes Chapter 19 Lesson 6.
PE- Continue the rotation Fitness Room, Hockey, and Pickleball.
Friday 11/7
Health- Chapter 19 test. Start Chapter 4 vocab.
