Please Recycle!

Dear Parents,

As we kick off the school year, I wanted to let you know that we are continuing our paper recycling program. You may have noticed the large green and yellow containers located in the west lot. Please put your newspapers, magazines, envelopes, and paper in the containers. It is a wonderful way to assist the school.

Mary Drew Elementary School earns money for the paper collected in the yellow and green containers. The more paper we collect each month, the more money we earn. We plan on using this money to help with our Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports incentive program (Blue Jay Cart) as well as supplies for our Art Volunteers in the Classroom program.

Without your support, we may not be able to meet the 2 tons of paper we need to collect each month to maintain the program; and we certainly will not hit our goal of 4 tons of paper per month for the year, which would help us raise approximately $1,000.00 for our programs.

Please help us meet our goal.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Klein
