Introduction to Dr. Julian Rogus SchoolWelcome to Dr. Julian Rogus School. Dr. Julian Rogus School is an
kindergarten through fourth grade school that houses nearly
900 students. There are actually two schools within one building.
There is the kindergarten program that has nealry 360 students with
with a principal, Mrs. Clinton. Also, there is first through
fourth grade school that houses over 530 students. We are
two schools in one building. Our first through fourth grade
students have a rigorous acadmeic program with Reading, Math,
Language, Science and Social Studies. Our students have
consistently performed above the state standards on the Illinois
Standards Achievement Test.
In addition our students have physical edcuation, art, music, and
computers. Our students have opportunities to participate in
numerous clubs. We have a parent organization that supports
our students and staff. Our school and community has become
a place of learning and caring. Thank you to all of our volunteers,
staff, parents,and children who make Dr. Julian Rogus School
a place of learning and success.
