Barb Rains PHR, Superintendent
The Superintendent is the chief executive officer for the school district with the authority to manage, supervise, and evaluate all affairs of the system within the policies established by the Board of Education. The Superintendent administers the development and maintenance of an educational program designed to meet the needs of the community and carry out policies of the Board. Additionally, she assists the board in developing long-range plans, formulates school objectives, policies, plans, and programs, conducts periodic audits of the total school program, and advises the board on recommendations for the educational advancement of the schools. Additionally the Superintendent administers the HR and communication functions.

Jim Martin, Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent focuses on curriculum, instruction, and assessment. He provides support and direction to the school improvement process and oversees the RtI process, reading program, ELL program, and instructional technology. Additionally, the Assistant Superintendent develops and monitors state and federal grants. 

Susan Krautstrunk, Director of Business and Transportation
The Director of Business works on the daily operations of the district will the goal of providing the necessary financial, accounting, and recordkeeping services to facilitate the best possible educational program. She is the chief financial officer of the district. The Director of Business also oversees the Technology staff which is led by Frank Zajac and the Building and Grounds staff which is led by Jim Jakubowski.

Bridget Nolan, Director of Special Education
The Director of Special Education oversees all district special needs programs and special services and works closely with the Superintendent to assure quality programs for students. She administers the district special education program, social workers, psychologists, and nurses and works with the Assistant Superintendent to develop and monitor all state and federal IDEA grants.
